Prescott Resort & Conference Center

I recently stayed here and loved the beautiful lobby with stunning views and enjoyed an amazing breakfast on the west side deck. The indoor pool area was a relaxing oasis. Everything felt fresh and inviting!

Liked helpful and genuinely helpful staff and reasonably large hotel.

The total stay was enjoyable of the Christmas holiday. The room with beautiful view. Besides, the location was prime for our stay, within 15 minutes' walk of Chapel❤❤

The hotel provided great prices. The venue staff was attentive and professional. There were a sitting area, an ironing set and a work desk in the room, liked that. The location was stunning for walking around Bucky's Casino.

The room was comfortable

The resort is more of a standard hotel. There are no special activities planned for guests over the Fourth of July weekend, nor any "perks" such as free newspaper or money to spend in the casino.

The staff was extremely friendly and the whole atmosphere was of relaxed, affordable luxury.

The balcony in the room was great but no chairs or small table to make it more useable. The pool area was not comfortable as no lounge chairs etc.

We have stayed at the resort several times. When we made our reservation we had requested double beds but found ourselves in a room with a king size bed. On our request we were moved to a satisfactory room but our earlier request had obviously been ignored. After arrival we made a dinner reservation at Hassayampa and asked that they confirm the availability. They did so but we never received their message. When we asked the front desk to check for that message,we were told they were too busy with arriving guests to answer our question. For these reasons we will likely look for another resort on our next visit.

Easy and low key. Hotel had been remodeled since my last visit and looked great.

Wanted to have breakfast in restaurant at 8:45am on mothers day, along with 9 people in my family, who were all registered guests. The staff was disorganized and declined to accommodate us, as they were getting ready for the brunch event. They offered no apology or alternative. We ended up leaving the property to get breakfast elsewhere.

Had a blast with friends at this spot! Enjoyed great views from the balcony, hit up the nearby Prescott Country Club for golf, and tried out the Eagle's Nest lounge for some fun. Staff was friendly and helpful.

The lobby was full of smoke when we arrived, pretty off-putting. Needs better ventilation for a more pleasant entry experience.

It was ok nothing stood out as exceptional. Nothing eye catching.

The food was horrible! We all got very sick after eating at the resort. The food was not appetizing nor attractive at all. We were too tired to go back into town for a decent appetizing meal.

Have stayed here previously and love the location and the views.

Aside from having to call "security" twice because of noist misbehaved guests and the water was not hot for 3 of the 4 days....it was an okay stay. I might not choose it next time because of this experience however.

The King Suite was really spacious and had a fantastic view of Prescott. I loved waking up to such a fine sight each morning! The bed was comfy, but the pillows were a little flat for my taste. I appreciated the small fridge in the room, even if it didn't come with a microwave. Cleanliness was good overall, just a minor dead bug found in the bathroom. It felt cozy and inviting, though!
